More often than not, the skies are grey. But when the sun does come out, the beauty of the landscape increases a million times. The serenity and solitude will imbibe a sense of peace in you. We give you a list of the top winter treks in India. & yes, there's snow!

#1. Kedarkantha Peak Trek

Where: Uttarakhand

Starts from: Sankri

Ends at: Sankri

Maximum Altitude: 3850 m

Trek Season: December - April

  • Stunning 360 views of the snow-capped Himalayas with Bandarpoonch Swargarohini, Kala Nag and Ranglana standing out amongst others
